Biscuit Combination sheeter

The combination sheeter is used to pre-roll the dough sheets into suitable dough pieces, which are then conveyed to the 1/2/3 gauge rolls for further rolling

1. The combination sheeter uses a P+G displacement transducer to inspect the thickness of dough sheets. Where it is necessary to change the thickness of dough sheets, simple input the desired dough sheet thickness on the touch screen and the dough sheet thickness adjusting motor will adjust the thickness of dough sheets according to the data input in an accurate manner.

2. The roller is 400mm in diameter. The roller guard id installed on the upper roller to reduce the chance of cutting the dough sheets. The inner white food grade nontoxic nylon gasket prevent the dough sheets from being contaminated.
