biscuit  Direct Gas-Fired Baking Oven

The direct gas-fired oven burns LPG or natural gas. It consists of the operation system, baking part, electrical part and auxiliary mechanisms:

Operation system

1. Equipped with LCD touch screen with the PLC controller as the core system.

2. Programmed operation design to avoid accidents due to mal-operation effectively.

3. The dynamic monitoring screen shows normal operating condition or malfunction location, making it possible to solve the problem (s) rapidly.

Baking Part:

1. The burners are located above and below the oven band, burn the flammable gas to bake the biscuits directly

2. The inner wall of the oven is painted with organ silicon heat-resistant lacquer (able to wit stand a high temperature of up to 500

3. A three-section burner is provided in each temperature zone. The fire of the 3 sections can be adjusted separately.

Electrical Part;

1. Fully automatic PID temperature control system that offers temperature control accuracy of=±1 .

2. 9 alarm systems to ensure safe production.

Auxiliary Mechanisms;

1 Each temperature zone is provided with a separate exhauster to discharge the waste gas from the oven.

2. Each oven section has a special adjusting plate to adjust the exhaust volume of different parts

3. Equipped with a oven band preheating device to prevent the biscuits from bonding to the wire mesh.

4. The top of oven is designed to be of the pressure/explosion relief structure
